Our 45-minute session allows for focused work with a little breathing room. Great for addressing multiple related areas—such as neck, shoulders, and upper back—without feeling rushed.

60 Minutes - $85

Our 60-minute session is a balanced option. It allows time for thorough work on several areas of tension while still supporting overall relaxation. Ideal for maintenance, stress relief, and full-body reset with attention to problem areas.

75 Minutes - $100

Our 75-minute session offers more flexibility for intentional work. Perfect if you have chronic tension, want focused therapeutic work and relaxation, or need extra time for areas that require more attention.

90 Minutes - $115

Our 90-minute session is ideal for those wanting comprehensive, unrushed care. This length allows for full-body work with detailed focus, deeper therapeutic techniques, and ample time to fully relax and reset your nervous system.

Cupping Add On

$10

Cupping is used to relieve pain and tension by the use of medical grade suction cups. A light but firm suction is applied to muscle adhesions and tight fascia. Cupping can be added to any time duration of massage.

Hot Stones - $10

Smooth, warmed basalt stones are incorporated into your massage to melt away tension, increase circulation, and promote deep relaxation. The gentle heat helps muscles release more easily, making this a perfect upgrade for stress relief and sore, tight areas.
